Red Fox

The Red Fox lives in family groups that include the dog (male), vixen (female) and her cubs. The group may also include non breeding vixens from previous seasons. During the day they rest underground in an earth, which may have been dug out from an old badgers sett or Rabbit burrow. They will eat virtually anything and are quite happy living alongside man in an urban environment.
